Citizen Advocacy works through Disability Rights Nebraska to advocate for individuals with disabilities so they may exercise the same rights, opportunities, and choices available to all citizens. Individuals who volunteer through Citizen Advocacy form lasting relationships with individuals with disabilities and help to protect and defend their interests. This allows these individuals to be culturally valued and fully participate as citizens within the community.
