RAFT (Residential Assistance to Families in Transition) builds strong families in communities across southwest Nebraska. They provide transitional housing to families facing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, etc. While enrolled in the program, individuals must work towards independence in three areas: education, employment, and health. RAFT helps families to work towards a livable wage and learn basic life skills.
