Stuff the Bus

United Way of the Kearney Area works alongside the local Dobytown Kiwanis group every year to provide backpacks to more than 500 children in our six-county area. To help supplement the cost of supplies we began a STUFF THE BUS event in July of 2009. The event has turned into a huge success. Donations through our Stuff the Bus Project increased from $287 in 2010 to $1,649 in 2011.

Stuff the Bus is coming to the Hilltop Mall July 27-29, 2012
July 27: 12 - 5 p.m.
July 28: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
July 29: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

We will be collecting the following items:

 Other collection sites will be open before and after the event until August 10 at the following locations:

United Way office
Kearney Public Library
Walgreens
YMCA
Just for Ladies
