Our Partners

United Way works with many partners on the community impact initiatives. Some are our tradtional nonprofit partner agencies. But there are other nonprofits, private businesses and government agencies that work with us to build these strong initiatives.

Annual timeline for new agency admission.
November 30 - Interested Agencies completed a Fund Distribution Packet with all attachments and policies.

January - Executive Committee Reviews packets of potential agencies and forwards acceptable packets for February Board Meeting.

February - Agency makes a presentation at the full board meeting. Board members take an initial vote to admit agency.

March - Special Board Vote to approve admission of new agency for a 2-year probation period.

April - Agency Participates in Fund Distribution presentations.

May - Agencies receive initial notice of allocation amount. Agencies in initial probation period do not have right to appeal.

June - Final Agency allocation approved and agency agreement signed for the allocation year.
