Emily Eutsler for Senior Companions

I have chosen the Senior companionship in honor of my 97 year old mother, who is in a nursing home. Every time I visit, I try to think of things we can do together. Sometimes, I paint her nails, sometimes I participate in the activities they have planned, sometimes we go to the back courtyard and just visit about the "old days" when her & dad went on fishing trips & how we picked mulberries together while laying on the roof of our shop. This is what makes her light up & her eyes twinkle. I also meet other residents & hear their stories. They love to talk about their lives & what all they did. I'm hoping people will see the need to care for our Seniors & help them light up just one more time. A donation would help them in so many ways. They deserve it! So lets light it up my friends!
