The final numbers are in! It was such a great series of Dining Outs this year. Thanks to all the restaurants, team leaders, celebrity servers and restaurant patrons for coming out to support a great cause and helping to build a stronger community!

January 25 update:
We offically have a new leader! Team Tim and Bruce had a very successful night at Thunderhead Brewery with $1,172.06.

Team Ed and Dave have managed to hold onto the top spot in the competition after Tuesday night's event at The Cellar. The standings are as follows:

January 11 update:
After Tuesday's successful night at Cunningham's, Team
Ed and Dave are at $1,058.75. Team Ken and Andrea are in second place
with $17.25. Team Time and Bruce and Team Brad and Gary are tied at $.25
each. Come to The Cellar next Tuesday, January 17 from 5:30-8 p.m. to
follow the competition when Team Ken and Andrea try to lead their team
to victory.
The 3rd Annual Dining Out for United Way series will begin on Tuesday,
January 10, 5:30 p.m. at Cunningham's Journal-Bar & Grill. Dave
Chally and Ed Berglund, 2012 campaign co-chairs, will lead a team of
local celebrity servers in a tips challenge. The
series will feature four teams, made up of past campaign co-chairs and
their recruited teams of local celebrities, serving at four locations in
Kearney.
Each team will compete to earn the most tips. All proceeds
will benefit the United Way of the Kearney Area 2012 campaign. Each
event will run from 5:30 p.m.- 8 p.m.
You can help us reach our goal of
$6,000 to finish out the 2012 campaign. Attend each event and you will
be able to vote for your team of choice!
