Each year United Way of the Kearney Area conducts its Annual Campaign. Our goal for our 2010 Campaign is ambitious - to raise $534,000 in just a few short months--but we can achieve it and in doing so, we create the kind of community in which we all want to live. Every donation, large or small, takes us one step closer to that goal - and to a United Way that is ready and able to meet the needs of its citizens. Every donation we receive during our campaign stays right here in Buffalo, Kearney, Franklin, Phelps, Custer and Harlan counties, creating changes you can see in your community. Whether you give, advocate, or volunteer we thank you for your committment to the community.

You can help by:

 1. Making a pledge to the 2010 United Way Campaign. Donate Now.

 2. Holding a workplace campaign, whether you have one employee, dozens or hundreds. These are fun, morale-building  activities that provide your staff with an easy affordable way to join the company in supporting the community. We'll help with ideas and provide all the materials and support you need.

 3. Encouraging others to support the United Way, through Marquee Sign Messages, volunteering at events, supporting the work of one of the United Way Partner Agencies, or volunteering with another community group.

By making a gift of $130 or more, you will be entered into a drawing for our three prizes including: a Grand Prize trip for four to Denver with $500 card for entertainment from Great Lakes Aviation, 42" Flat Screen Television sponsored by Russell's Appliance & Electronics, and a $400 gift card from the Hilltop Mall.
