Agency Admission Procedures 

 

Annual timeline for new agency admission.

 

November 30 Interested Agencies completed a Fund Distribution Packet with all attachments and policies.

January Executive Committee Reviews packets of potential agencies and forwards acceptable packets for February Board Meeting.

February Agency makes a presentation at the full board meeting . Board members take an initial vote to admit agency.

March Special Board Vote to approve admission of new agency for a 2-year probation period.

April Agency Participates in Fund Distribution presentations.

May Agencies receive initial notice of allocation amount. Agencies in initial probation period do not have right to appeal.

June Final Agency allocation approved and agency agreement signed for the allocation year.
